Available only to clients who have purchased a premade or custom MySpace Layout at Cuddle Creek.com or Cuddle CreekHosting.com.

There can be the off chance when suddenly your account vanishes, or perhaps you have added something to your page that has thrown the layout off from its initial install.
When this happens, and you are unable to repair the layout on your own, you may have us do it for you.

We do not maintain your account, meaning, we do not keep a back-up of your account on hand, other than our first clean install - this is due to the fact that new friends are added daily, along with the fact that you yourself no doubt add new pictures, blogs, videos, music, etc on a recurring basis.

However, we can and will analyze your account and attempt to repair any damage that does occur to our CSS that has been written by us,  for you.
Repair fees are 20 USD per hour, however, in most cases repairs may be completed in half that time.

After the repair, we will create a backup text file and send it to you for safe-keeping.

Please note, that if your account vanishes, we can only reinstall or do a fresh install, meaning you may be required to open an entirely new MySpace account .
After payment, please open a support ticket at our Help Desk detailing what repairs are needed.
